General Rules and Regulations

  1. Bring school log book daily.
  2. Wear school ID card always with uniform.
  3. The medium of instruction is English. Hence English should be spoken in the school premises, as it would enable you to acquire fluency and knowledge of the language.
  4. Adhere to discipline.
  5. Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene.
  6. Greet teachers, other members of the staff and all visitors with due respect.
  7. Keep the class room and school premises clean and tidy at all times.
  8. Walk quietly and orderly in the corridors, while moving to the class rooms or playground.
  9. Avoid scribbling on the walls, desks and rest rooms (it will be dealt with seriously).
  10. Respect the school property and the property of others.
  11. Avoid bringing play things, magazines, periodicals, CD's or USB, mobile phones, camera etc. to the school.
  12. Do not exchange any articles or money with any student or school staff.
  13. Leave should be taken with prior intimation. The leave letter should be duly filled and signed by the parent or guardian in the school diary (log book).
  14. Every student must possess the prescribed text books and note books. They must bring the books neatly. They must bring the note books and text books according to the time table.
  15. Students are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. They should not wear any costly jewels. The school will not undertake responsibility for the loss of student belonging.
  16. Students should present themselves in the school premises at the correct time. Late comers will be dealt with seriously.
  17. Do not take leave on test and examination days. ( Note: Emergency cases will be considered. )
  18. Be polite while speaking to teachers and elders in general.
  19. Maintain silence and avoid giving chorus answers.Preferably raise hands to answer.
  20. Aim for full attendance and punctuality so that you get the best out of the school.
  21. There are two semesters/terms for a year, with three assessments for each semester/Term. After each assessment progress report should be duly signed by the parent/guardian and returned to the respective class teacher.
  22. Work hard and do your best. Understand your parents and teachers and remember that the nation expects a lot from you.
