a) The principal reserves the right to admit students without disclosing reasons, as per the CBSE affiliation bye-laws.
b) Admissions are typically processed at the beginning of the academic term. For classes Montessori II to IX, admissions will be considered
after the Annual Examination, subject to seat availability and as per the CBSE admission guidelines. Prior registration will not be entertained.
c) For admission, students must be introduced by their parents or authorized guardians, who will be responsible for ensuring timely
payment of fees, regular attendance, and good conduct. The admission process involves:
Admission Requirements:
i. Entrance Test: Candidates will undergo an admission test to assess their academic proficiency.
ii. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for an interview with the Principal/Authorized Representative.
iii. Required Documents:
a. Birth Certificate (original & xerox)
b. Community Certificate (Xerox)
c. EMIS, Permanent Education Number (PEN), APAAR ID and AADHAR numbers (mandatory for admission)
d. Transfer Certificate (for students seeking admission from other schools)
e. Certified copy of the previous examination's mark sheet (Xerox)
Withdrawal Policy:
1. Notice Period: One month's notice is required for the withdrawal of a student.
2. Withdrawal Form: Parents/Guardians must submit the request letter duly signed by the parent, to the school office.
3. Refund of Fees: Fees will NOT be refunded.
4. Transfer Certificate: The school will issue a Transfer Certificate only after all dues have been cleared and the withdrawal formalities have been completed.
